General Questions

I am an end customer can I purchase from you?

We do not sell to end customers; we only sell to dealers. Please see your local hobby shop and ask them to set up an account with us.

I just opened my own hobby shop can I purchase from you?

Absolutely, please see our new accounts page to see what it takes to open an account.

You have some items we would like to see in our shop but don’t have space, can you help?

We sure can, we offer a dealer drop shipping program to help our dealers with shipping and fulfillment. Once you have your account set up, please email us at info@hobbyflexdist.com for more information on our drop shipping program.

We are a manufacture, you do not sell our products, can you start selling our products?

Absolutely, please reach out to our sales team at info@hobbyflexdist.com to speak to us about offering your products to our dealers.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship?

At the moment we only ship to dealers here in the US.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS Ground. If an order has decals only we can ship these order via the US Postal System.

When will you ship our order?

We strive to ship orders as fast as possible. While we ask for 1-3 business days; most ship on the earlier side.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping directly; we do offer a free product offset to help cover the cost of freight. Depending on your order, you will receive free products to offset and potentially cover over the cost of freight. This equates to free shipping and a further discount.
